About Me

Peter is a litigation senior associate in our Washington office.  Peter has particular expertise representing financial institutions and multinational corporations in contentious matters.  He frequently writes on topics of data, cybersecurity, and cross-border privilege and discovery issues for the Freshfields Digital and Risk blogs.

Clients particularly rely on Peter’s technical know-how in structuring creative solutions to data-heavy litigation. These types of solutions include creating a database to house and manipulate data on tens of thousands of securities and dozens of litigants in civil RMBS litigation and developing an automated system to map payment flows between certain participants across thousands of transactions in a money laundering investigation.

Peter is qualified in New York and Washington, DC.
